The terms and conditions below are general and cover all of our policies and membership services. With all policies and memberships purchased you will receive a written copy of the relevant terms and conditions. If on receipt of these you change your mind or no longer need the cover, you can simply email us through our Contact Page within 14 days (provided you have not made a claim or used the service) to ask us to cancel, and we guarantee you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days.
When you have purchased a policy or membership you will receive an email from Driver Guardian containing your invoice and reference number. Your digital documents are all you need, but a physical pack can be requested. All requested welcome packs ordered before 2pm are posted the same day; all orders after 2pm are posted the following day. If for any reason your documents are incorrect please contact us immediately at info@driverguardian.co.uk.
These are our general terms for the use of this website. If you purchase a policy or membership it will have its own terms and conditions that must also be read.
As a user of this website you agree not to copy, alter or reverse engineer any content or distribute it in any way without prior consent.
You must provide accurate information at all times to both Driver Guardian Limited and Driver Guardian Rescue Limited, and where applicable to the Insurer. Any changes to information provided must be disclosed at the earliest opportunity.
By buying a policy or membership you are agreeing to its terms and conditions. A full copy can be found in PDF form on the relevant product page. If you cannot access this, please email us at info@driverguardian.co.uk and we will be happy to email or post you a copy.
After you purchase, a confirmation with assistance details will be sent to you. Offers are available to customers who have bought a vehicle via an Authorised Driver Guardian Partner within the last 28 days, and cover only applies for the vehicle purchased unless upgraded to Personal cover. To redeem, customers must enter their personal details including the registration of the vehicle purchased on the registration page provided, or by calling Driver Guardian on 01704 225588 to unlock their personalised offers.
• Offers are not available in an already broken down situation
• Cover will start 24 hours after activation
• Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, and only one 30 day period can be used by any one person
• Commercial or Hire and Reward use is not covered under this offer but can be purchased with a comparable discount by calling 01704 225588
• Your first 30 days of cover is free; you will be charged after this period has elapsed as per the agreed schedule at the point of activation, giving you plenty of time to change your mind or choose not to continue your cover
• Cover is subject to Driver Guardian terms and conditions and membership wording; please take the time to review both
• Offers can be withdrawn or varied without prior notice at any time
• Please note that vehicle transportation back to your point of purchase is not a breakdown. If the vehicle you have purchased is defective to the point of requiring return, breakdown cover cannot be used for this transportation
