If your vehicle won't start at home, a Rescue Operator will come out to you and spend up to one hour trying to fix the it. If it cannot be repaired, we will arrange for the vehicle to be taken to a local garage.

Roadside Assistance

If you need assistance at the roadside, we will spend up to an hour trying to fix the vehicle. With a network of over 3,500 technicians we aim to reach you within 35 minutes so you can continue your journey with minimal disruption.

National Recovery

We will always try and fix the vehicle at the roadside, if this can't be done we will take you to a local garage. For more extensive repairs we will recover you to your home or final destination.

Onward Travel

Alternative travel for the driver and up to 6 passengers, this can include car hire and/or emergency overnight accommodation. We will always try and find the most effective solution.

The Vehicle is Covered

Our breakdown cover is to the vehicle, not just the main driver. This means that anyone who is insured to drive the named vehicle is covered. This is ideal for households where more than one person drive the same vehicle.

We will spend up to an hour attempting roadside repairs. If we cannot get the vehicle started at the roadside, we'll recover you to a local garage, your home, or onward destination.

Our Breakdown policies allow for 5 call outs per year.

Yes, if you have more than 4 vehicles, we offer Fleet Cover, this keeps all of your vehicles under one policy and includes a discount to help keep pricing down. If you need to cover less than 5 vehicles, we also offer Multi-Vehicle Cover policy. 

Yes, you can add a caravan/trailer up to 8M long (not including the towing arm/A Frame), the caravan/trailer is also covered for breakdown.

Yes, we offer a Personal Cover policy. This policy covers you in any vehicle under 16 years old that you are insured to drive, which is handy if you often drive vehicles that are not your own.
