Money Back Guarantee
With all policies purchased you will receive a written copy of the Policy Wording. If on receipt of this policy you change your mind or no longer need the policy, then you can simply email us through our Contact Page within 14 days (provided you have not made a claim) to ask us to cancel your policy and we Guarantee you will receive a Full Refund by the end of the next working day.
Delivery Policy
When you have purchased a policy you will receive an email from Driver Guardian containing your invoice and reference number. Your digital documents are all you need but a physical pack can be requested. All requested policy welcome packs ordered before 2pm are posted the same day, all after 2pm are posted the following day. If for some reason your documents are incorrect please contact us immediately at info@driverguardian.co.uk.

You must provide accurate information at all times both to Driver Guardian Limited and the Insurer, any changes to information provided must be disclosed at the earliest opportunity.

After you purchase, a Policy Confirmation with Assistance Details will be posted to you. Offers are available to customers who have bought a vehicle via a Authorised Driver Guardian Rescue Partner within the last 28 days and cover only applies for the vehicle purchased unless upgraded to Personal cover. To redeem, customers must enter their personal details, including the registration of the vehicle purchased on the registration page provided or by Calling Driver Guardian on 01704 225588 to unlock their personalised offers. Offers are not available in an already broken down situation. Cover will start 24 hours after activation. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion and only one 30 period can be used by any one person. Commercial or Hire and reward use is not covered under this offer but can be purchased with a comparable discount if you call 01704 225588. Your First 30 days of cover is free, you will be charged after this period has elapsed as per the agreed schedule when you agree to the activation, this gives you plenty of time to change or choose not to continue you cover. Breakdown cover is subject to Driver Guardian Terms and conditions and cover is subject to our Membership wording, please take the time to view both. Offers can be withdrawn or varied without prior notice at any time. Please note vehicle transportation back to your point of purchase is not a breakdown and if the vehicle you have purchased is defective to the point of return, if a local garage is not suitable breakdown cover is not usable for this transportation.
